Intensivos de mindfulness
- Basados en la práctica de técnicas reconocidas en procesos de mindfulness para poner en acción la gestión del pensamiento, emoción y cuerpo.
- Duración del intensivo: 4 horas un domingo al mes.
- Técnicas utilizadas:
- ejercicios varios de una duración de entre 20 a 30 minutos cada uno.
- Ejercicios de pie, sentados, y tumbados para facilitar la profundización de la observación del cuerpo, emoción y mente sin sobrecargar o generar tensión en el cuerpo.
- Guía que facilita la comprensión y dinámica de los ejercicios.
